Each project will have a different end of project time-line. Expect delays in a home renovation project. Example: If a drywaller calls in sick and reschedules 4 weeks out (as he is booked 1 months in advance), that sets back the painter that we have scheduled in advance behind and he is scheduled 2 months in advance...thus the entire project has now become delayed. Often we are able to call in another drywaller ect. BUT any skilled trade professional, will not have same day availability, Whereas, if we are purchasing furniture or art. If it is not a special order item, delivery is usually within a week or two. If it is special order expect at least an 8 week wait. Although, on a rate occasion a special order will have an eta of 4 to 6 weeks, the norm is 8 to 12 weeks.
